Owning its subsidiaries SYWG Research & Consulting Institute and Shenyin & Wanguo Futures Co., Ltd., SYWG also sets up Shenyin & Wanguo (Hong Kong) Group Co. and a listed subsidiary Shenyin Wanguo (Hong Kong) Ltd. in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In addition to the SYWG BNP Paribas Asset Management Co., Ltd. co-founded by SYWG and France-based BNP Paribas Asset Management SAS, SYWG also holds shares in Fullgoal Fund Management Co., Ltd.
The business scope SYWG covers includes: commission sale & purchase of securities (including domestic listed foreign shares); commission debt service and dividend payout; custody and authentication of securities; commission registration and accounts opening, proprietary trading; underwriter (including leading underwriter) of securities (including domestic listed foreign shares); consultation (including financial advisor) of securities investment; trustee investment management; other business approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (license required in case of licensing business).
