>> In late November 2006, Zhejiang Netsun Co., Ltd., with SYWG as its sponsor and lead underwriter, completed its IPO of A shares.

>> In the middle of November 2006, the additional issuance of A Shares of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, with SYWG as a co-sponsor and the lead underwriter, began in due form successfully

>> On October 27, 2006, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, with SWYG as a co-sponsor and the lead underwriter, was listed on A shares market and H shares market at the same time.

>> On October 19, 2006, the online subscription for shares in Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (ICBC), with SWYG as the co-sponsor and the lead underwriter, rounded off. The IPO of ICBC’s A shares will be the largest one on the global capital market. It is also the largest single business since SWYG’s founding.

>> On September 10, 2006, the ceremony for the issuance of the 2006 corporate bonds of Jiangxi Provincial Investment Group Co., Ltd., with SYWG as the lead underwriter, was held in Nanchang.

>> On September 7, 2006, Beijing Joint-cheer Software Co., Ltd., successfully recommended by the lead quotation dealer SYWG, was listed in the share quotation transfer system.

>> On August 31, 2006, three million call warrants of Youngor Group Co., Ltd. (Youngor QCB1) were smoothly listed. It was SYWG’s first innovation business since it became an innovative pilot securities dealer.

>> On June 29, 2006, Shanghai Waterworks Assets Management Development Co, Ltd.’s 2006 Corporate Bonds was issued, with SYWG acting as its lead underwriter. The bond is a 15-year one with fixed interest rate, and the total issuance amount is RMB1.5 billion.

>> On May 15, 2006, the “Income Certificate of Phase I Leasing Assets of International Fareastern Leasing Co., Ltd.”, with SYWG as the financial consultant, was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. It is the fifth assets securitization product on China’s capital market and also China’s first securitization product with assets package as target.

>> On January 23, 2006, Zhongguancun-based Beijing Century Real Technology Co., Ltd. and Chinasoft Co., Ltd., with SYWG serving as the lead quotation dealer, were listed and traded through the agency share transfer system.

>> On September 27, 2005, the 10-year and 15-year Shanghai Urban Construction Bonds with SYWG as the sponsor and lead underwriter were listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with opening prices of RMB108.00 and RMB112.10, respectively.

>> On October 17, 2005, ST Chongqing Min-feng Agrochem Co., Ltd. unveiled the share reform of ST (Special Treatment) companies in Chinese securities market by announcing its scheme as the first ST company starting share reform in China. As the financial consultant of the reorganization scheme and the sponsor of the share reform, SYWG displayed expertise in the project.

>> On November 18, Shanghai Forever Co., Ltd.’s relevant Shareholder’s Meeting approved its scheme of share reform with SYWG as the sponsor with 90.44% affirmative votes. The scheme was the first involving both type A and B shares. It was adjusted and perfected many times before official submission. The final approval of the scheme proved SYWG’s expertise in the line.

>> On November 28 and 29, 2005, Dalian Changxing Industry Co., Ltd. and Haci Company Limited were listed in the Stock Transfer Agent System (STAS), respectively. Till then, 11 companies (12 stocks) with SYWG as the sponsor were listed in the STAS. SYWG led the line in number of sponsored companies.

>> In February 2005, SYWG became a primary dealer of the open market operation of the People’s Bank of China in 2005.

>> In April 2005, Tian’an Insurance Subordinated Bonds of 2005, China’s first subordinated bonds, were successfully issued, with SYWG as its financial advisor, and raised a total of RMB0.43 billion.

>> On June 3, 2005, Xi'an Diamond Co., Ltd., the 1st delisted company in 2005, was officially listed on the Over The Counter Bulletin Board with SYWG as the sponsor.

>> In June 2005, SYWG signed the underwriting agreement on Shanghai Municipal Construction Bond of 2005 with Shanghai Chengtou Corporation and served, together with China Development Bank, as the associate lead underwriter of the RMB3 billion corporate bond.

>> In June 2005, Zhejiang Hangzhou Xinfu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., recommended by SYWG, was elected one of the second batch of pilot enterprises of the equity division reform.

>> In July 2005, SYWG served as the lead underwriter and sponsor of the refinancing project of Qingdao Apeloa Co., Ltd.

>> On July 1, 2005, the H shares of Shanghai Donghua Petrochemical Co., Ltd., which is sponsored and mainly operated by Shenyin Wanguo Financing (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd, were listed on the GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

>> On March 3, 2005, SYWG signed the agreement on convertible bonds underwriting with Jiangxi Copper Co., Ltd. to serve as the lead underwriter for Jiangxi Copper’s convertible bonds.

>> On January 6, 2005, SYWG signed the agreement on IPO (A share) with Zhejiang Netsun Co., Ltd. to serve as the lead underwriter for “Netsun” A share.

>> On December 16, 2004, SYWG signed an entrustment agreement on refinancing lead underwriter with Shanghai Diesel Engine Company Limited to serve as the refinancing lead underwriter for “Shanghai Diesel”.

>> In October, 2004, SYWG Hong Kong served as the underwriter for the listing in Hong Kong of China Netcom Group Corporation (Hong Kong) Limited and for the H share issuance of China International Airline Co., Ltd.

>> On November 22, 2004, Anshan Co-operation (Group) Co., Ltd., whose sponsor broker is SYWG, was successfully listed on the Third Board Market.

>> in July 2004, shares of Zhejiang Jinggong Science & Technology Co., Ltd., for which Shenyin & Wanguo acted as the guarantee institute and main underwriter, were successfully traded at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and became the first shares issued and listed at the Shenzhen SME Board;

>> on May 26, 2004, the shares of Anshan Yigong sponsored by Shenyin & Wanguo were successfully listed at the Over the Counter Bulletin Board;

>> on May 12, 2004, the sub-agency share transfer system of Sichuan Yinshan Chemical (Group) Co., Ltd., sponsored by Shenyin & Wanguo, was listed and transferred. At present, the number of listed companies sponsored by Shenyin & Wanguo at the Over the Counter Bulletin Board ranks the first in the whole trade;

>> In September 2003, Shenyin&Wanguo successfully completed the setting up and popularization of SDH (synchronized digital system) antenna and ground wire mutual reserve project. Through the inspection for standard by Shanghai Securities Communication Co. and Shenzhen Securities Communication Co. Shenyin&Wanguo was the first securities dealer in the country with both the antenna and ground wire mutual reserve-attaining standard.

>> On July 9, 2003, the Swiss Bank, by means of Shenyin&Wanguo’s QFII business special seat, settled the first purchase of A-shares.

>> In June 2003, became one of the first 12 securities dealers chosen by Social Security Fund;

>> In June 2003, become the first in the country an agent for QFII securities investment in the country;

>> from 2001 to 2003, won the first place in the bidding for the super-long-term fixed-interest treasury bonds issuance by Ministry of Finance for three successive years;

>> on December 10, 2001, as the agent, transferred the shares of the delisted Shanghai Narcissus Electric Appliances Co., Ltd., becoming the first securities dealer in the stock transfer business for delisted companies;

>> in July 2000, formally opened to the public the securities exchange website -- “Shenwang” (www.sw200.com.cn), which was independently developed and operated by the company;

>> on July 16, 2001, as the agent, transferred the floating shares of Hangzhou Nature Industrial Co., Ltd., which were listed and traded at the original STAQ system, becoming the first securities dealer in the stock transfer business;

>> in 1998, together with the Securities Association of China, held the Seminar on Strategic Development of Chinese Securities Broking Business, formally putting forward the idea of developing the broking business towards intelligent and consulting direction;

>> in 1998, finished the assets restructuring and financial advising of several projects such as Shanghai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Shanghai Shenda Co., Ltd., Shanghai Sanmao Enterprise (Group) Co., Ltd., ST Shenyang Material Development Co., Ltd. and ST Nantong Machine Tool Co., Ltd., exploited the new area in investment banking business and found a new way in the reform and restructuring of state-owned enterprises;

>> in October 1996, organized the first secondary underwriter group of treasury bonds in PRC, making a good attempt to the improvement of primary market of treasury bonds;

>> in 1994, as the agent, successfully issued the first ADR of Chinese B Shares – that of Shanghai Erfangji Co., Ltd.;

>> in 1994, acted as the first Chinese company which successfully converted the legal person shares of Shanghai Dazhong Taxi Co., Ltd. to B shares;

>> at the end of 1993, acted as the Chinese financial adviser for the issuance of H Share of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited, which is the first time that Chinese securities companies played the role of financial adviser in the international underwriter group;

>> in November 1993, as the agent, issued the earliest Chinese convertible bonds in Switzerland – convertible bonds of China Textile Machinery Plant;

>> in October 1993, began to operate Baoding Fund, the first fund issued and run by professional securities company in PRC;

>> in June 1993, as the main underwriter of stocks of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone Development Co., Ltd., organized a public offering in Hong Kong, beginning the first stock issuance in Hong Kong by Chinese Mainland corporations;

>> from 1992 to 1993, acted as the first securities institute in Chinese Mainland which took part in purchasing the company listed in Hong Kong, successfully establishing “Shanghai Wanguo (Hong Kong) Securities Co., Ltd.”, now renamed as “Shengyin & Wanguo (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. (0218)”;

>> on January 21, 1992, acted as the lead underwriter of the first special stock in RMB – B Share of Shanghai Vacuum Electron Devices Co., Ltd;

>> in 1989, opened up the first treasury bonds index of PRC – Wanguo Treasury Bonds Index;

>> in 1988, published the first Annual Report of Stock in PRC;
